Cornelia Klein was born in Landshut/Germany in 1957. She is a sculptor and ceramist. From 1997 to 2000, she taught ceramic arts at the Akademie fuer Gestaltung und Denkmalpflege at Ebern/Germany, then she collaborated with the Centro Internazionale d’Arte Ceramica “La Meridiana” in Certaldo/Italy. She now lives and works inFlorence. Her works in porcelain are famous for their elegance, lightness and extreme creativity: irregular fragments of thin sheet of porcelain, light pale evanescent colours and and an incredible creative imagination.
