On show thirty sculptures made by 19 Korean artists, who live in various parts of the world.
Until April 11, the town of Fiesole will host works by 19 Korean artists currently living in all parts of the world. In the Sala del Basolato and Piazza Mino, over 30 sculptures will offer a glimpse into the contemporary art world, featuring works of varying dimensions, materials, and styles, so as to provide the public with an overarching view of Korean art. The exhibit is being held in relation to the Florence Korea Film Fest, hosted at the Odeon Cinema in Florence; therefore, following a viewing of the latest in Korean cinema, take a trip up the hill to Fiesole to complete your journey through the world of the country’s visual art.
The Sala Basolato is in Piazza Mino in Fiesole and is easily reachable from Florence by bus.
